Shipping & Return
At Cruisential, customer satisfaction is our top priority, which is why if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. This will only be valid if you mail the product back within 30 days of the shipping date. Please read the return policy to check if the product you have purchased qualifies for an exchange or return.
- It takes 1-7 working days to prepare your order for delivery.
- Once we have processed your order, you will receive an email containing tracking details.
- The shipping time will depend on the shipping method you have selected and your location.
- We will do our best to ensure that your product arrives on time, but we take no responsibility for delays in delivery due to various causes that are beyond our control.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Any item that has been marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable” is not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Items eligible for refund or exchange must be in its original packing if they are unused, unaltered, or not damaged in any way.
- Items that qualify for return or exchange must be returned within 30 days of shipping date and include proof of purchase.
- If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your shipment at firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you wish to return your item, please contact email@example.com.
An item that has not been used and is still in stock can only be exchanged with another item without a proof of purchase. Apart from this, the item must comply with our return policy.
Refunds will be issued once we have received the item and verified that it complies with our return policy. A full refund will be issued in the original form of payment in 3–5 working days.
We do not offer any price adjustments on previous purchases.
